Each AS-SURUR OPEN ACADEMY’s staff and Learner has an ID number which can be verified on our website. Verify Here
Please, do not entertain any call/email on behalf of AS-SURUR OPEN ACADEMY through any means other than our official phone numbers and email addresses. Always ask and verify the ID number of a suspicious person who contact you on our behalf, and report such person immediately.
Personal discussion between a learner and his/her tutor during the online lesson, is strictly not allowed as all activities are being monitored by the management.
A learner has right to report misconduct or nonchalant attitude of his/her tutor to the management through this contact: info@assururopenacademy.com
It is highly advisable to save your lesson schedule and get reminder for it every time.
A parent is expected to assist his/her child/ward, if needed, to get his/her device and log in to the class as early as possible.
In case of absence or inability to attend the class at the scheduled time, a learner or his/guardian is expected to inform the tutor before the lesson time through his/her official contacts.
NOTE: Parents/Guardians of applicants under the age of 18 years must declarer their consents in the application form for the enrolment of their children/wards.
Please MAKE YOUR PAYMENT as regular as possible to allow smooth running of our program.
