Payment and Refund Policy
TUITION POLICY
Tuition is billed once for a six-month lesson term at the time of registration. Payment by installment is to pay twice (half of the tuition). Classes are automatically suspended if payment is not made 4 days following the due date. Suspended classes will be reactivated immediately the payment is confirmed. However, due to having many learners on the waiting list for classes, suspension will likely result in the learner losing their lesson time slot and/or their tutors. For any classes missed during the suspension, make-up classes would be scheduled.
Learner will receive periodic payment reminders after the payment is due. If, for any reason, you are unable to pay in a timely manner, please notify the management as soon as possible to make arrangements for that. There are NO refunds for missed classes; excused or unexcused. Make-up classes are offered as per the terms above. If you do not complete the level successfully at the first time as a result of exam failure, there is no refund for the class time taken.
All payment is made through As-Surur Open Academy’s accounts provided in the payment page of the website. Do NOT send money through any other means or accounts. Tuition fee can be paid once or twice for a 6-month lesson term or class.
Please make your payment as regular as possible to allow smooth running of our program.
NOTE: As-Surur Open Academy reserves the right to periodic tuition increment.

This only applies if you cancel your application before the end of first week classes. Any time after that, money will not be refunded for any reason.
